The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate is to contract with a highly qualified vendor to conduct a survey comparing the text range, quality, and complexity, as defined in the Common Core State Standards for English Language Arts, of high school instructional materials in English, language arts, reading, mathematics, social studies, and science courses with instructional materials being used in typical entry-level courses in Florida’s postsecondary institutions and to build an electronic tool where teachers will report annually the core instructional materials they are using in the classroom.
