****10/24/2013: 10/24/13 - Addendum No. 2, which includes the original set of questions received from prospective contractors and updated answers from DEP, was uploaded on October 24,2013. The Updated Question and Answer document (Exhibit I-1) has been uploaded as a separate document from the Addendum No.2 document. NOTE: 2 questions whose answers were inadvertently left out of Exhibit I were uploaded on 10/22/13. NOTE: Addendum No. 1,including questions received and the DEP's answers, was uploaded on October 21, 2013. Note that the Questions and Answers document (Exhibit I) was uploaded as a separate document. Due dates for responses is as follows: North Region - Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Central Region - Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) South Region - Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) The DEP is requesting responses from vendors for the performance of all aspects of petroleum contamination site response action services on a regional basis. Separate responses must be submitted for each region a vendor is proposing to provide services for and each region has a different due date for responses. See DEP Solicitation No. 2014004C for due dates.
