The Florida Department of Financial Services, Office of Insurance Regulation (Office) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to request written proposals from qualified firms, (Proposers), to perform the functions of a designated statistical agent for workers’ compensation and employers’ liability insurance as permitted under section 627.331, F.S.The solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Bid System (VBS). Respondents interested in submitting a Response must comply with all of the terms and conditions described in this RFP. For complete information regarding the details of this solicitation please review the attached RFP in its entirety. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), F. S., or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, F.S.
