Addendum #1, amends several sections of the solicitation, please see the attached document foradditional information. ------------------------------------------------------------------- The following documents from the Pre-Solicitation Conference held on July 9, 2018, do not alter the solicitation and are being posted solely for informational purposes only. • The Pre-Solicitation Conference PowerPoint Presentation • The Pre-Solicitation List of Attendees (Vendors that attempted to participate are included) For a copy of the audio/visual presentation of the meeting, please email the Procurement Officer listed in Section 1.02 of the ITN. ------------------------------------------------------------------ The Department of Environmental Protection is requesting Replies from qualified Respondents to provide Harmful Algal Bloom (HAB) Management services on an as needed basis. These services may include, but are not limited to, the containment, removal, clean up, elimination, transportation, and disposal of harmful algal bloom and by-products associated with the services provided. Respondents will also bear responsibility for any analytical services, as more fully defined herein, required to ensure the services provided are meeting the expectations of the Department. Please see the attached solicitation for additional information. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post a bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
