The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seek to obtain Competitive bids for the purchase, implementation, maintenance and customization of a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Electronic Laboratory Notebook application (ELN). The Department is seeking to move to an ELN to perform data validation, conduct on-demand audits, track changes to improve accountability and provide a fully searchable external data repository.The application should allow for process driven standard operating procedure method execution for laboratory testing and data recording.
