CUSTOMER SERVICE SPOTLIGHT...

On June 30, Governor Crist signed HB 601 which in part eliminated State regulation with respect to the offer and disposition of subdivided lands. The former Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes housed within DBPR is now named the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes.
