THIS IS NOT A BIDThe Department of Financial Services (Department Division of Treasury, Bureau of Deferred Compensation (BDC) intends to enter into an agreement with FIS Business Systems LLC (FIS) to provide recordkeeping and transmission services for the Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP). FIS will act as an information hub, storing all the DCP participant demographic/financial/investment data, providing a platform for viewing and editing plan data, and producing files and reports. FIS will transmit files and reports via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) clearinghouse including, but not limited to, the current lineup of five (5) Investment Provider (IP) companies, seventeen (17) Pay Centers, and the BDC. Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than September 24, 2018 at 1:00 PM (ET). If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid System, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
