This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The State of Florida, Department of Management Services (DMS), Division of Real Estate Development and Management, requests professional services for accessibility upgrades and improvements to both towers and parking garage, in accordance with the Florida Building Code – Accessibility. The work is primarily related to – but not limited to - existing toilet rooms. Renovation of other fittings, fixtures and equipment, as identified in the Accessibility Evaluation Report, may be required.
