Pursuant to provisions of Section 287.059(4), Florida Statutes, and approval by the Attorney General to contract with private counsel on a contingent fee basis to handle certain forfeiture litigation, final approval is requested for expenditure of funds for the above-referenced legal services through June 30, 2001.
