The
Florida Water Pollution Control Financing Corporation requests that
the Board of Directors of the Corporation adopt a Resolution authorizing
the issuance of not exceeding $225,000,000 Florida Water Pollution
Control Financing Corporation Water Pollution Control Revenue Bonds;
containing the forms of a Master Trust Indenture, Loan Agreement,
Service Contract, and a Series 2001 Supplemental Trust Indenture;
authorizing the validation of the bonds; selecting a Trustee/Registrar
Paying Agent; authorizing the negotiated sale of not exceeding $50,000,000
of the Corporation’s bonds; and authorizing the Chief Executive
Officer to take all action necessary to sell and deliver the first
series of bonds in the maximum principal amount of $50,000,000.
