Rules
4. Amended Rule
6A-1.0453,
Educational Program Audits. The amendment to this rule allows for a
thirty day response time by the school district following the receipt
of a preliminary FTE and transportation audit report from the Auditor
General. In addition, it affirms the independence of the auditing process
by removing language which may suggest the Department through rule can
place specific requirements on the Office of the Auditor General.
