2. Bay Middle Charter School vs. The School Board of Walton County, Florida

On August 14, 2001, the Walton County School Board voted to not approve the Application for Charter School Conversion for Bay Middle Charter School. This appeal is brought to the State Board of Education pursuant to Chapter 228.056, Florida Statutes, which includes provisions governing the appeal process for charter schools.
