            RECOMMEND APPROVAL

ITEM 3.      Respectfully submit the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Quarterly Performance Report  3rd Quarter FY 2002-03, with CONTRACTS, AGREEMENTS, AND PURCHASES OVER $100,000 FOR JANUARY 1 THROUGH MARCH 31, 2003 attached.
