ITEM 2.     Respectfully request approval and acceptance of the Performance Contract of the Executive Director of the Department of Revenue for FY 2003-2004.  Dr. Jim Zingale will give a brief presentation on the Department’s General Tax Administration, Child Support Enforcement and Property Tax Programs.
