3.          Respectfully submit the following rule amendment for final adoption in Chapter 15           of the Florida Administrative Code.  Upon approval by the Governor and Cabinet,           the rule will take effect on February 1, 2004.

 

          Rule 15A-9, F.A.C., Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Devices.  This rule is           amended to set minimum specifications for the ignition interlock device, to           establish the process for approving a device, and to set servicing and monitoring           requirements.

4.          Submission of the following new state of Florida license plates:

 

                                       Fish Florida

                                       Hospice:  Everyday is a Gift
