I. Final agency action on an Administrative hearing in the case of AIR X SERVICE CORPORATION of the denial of application for certification as a Minority Business Enterprise.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Deputy Administrator to enter the Final Order adopt ing the Recommendation of the hearing officer to dismiss and deny petit ioner Minor ity Busin ess Enter prise status.

II. Final agency action on an Administrative hearing in the case of FLORIDA MOVING SYSTEM, INC. of the denial of application for certification as a Minority Business Enterprise.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Deputy Administrator to enter the Final Order adopting the Recommendation of the hearing officer to deny petitioner Minority Business Enterprise status.
