AGENDA
 

1.   Request approval to purchase 255 UNIX processors and related operating 
     system software and related services from the State Term Contract for 
     Client Server equipment (#250-040-96-1).  Cost of the acquisition
     will be $3,644,964.  These processors will replace existing processors 
     acquired since 1989 and installed in Florida Tax Collector offices
     throughout the state.

     This procurement was negotiated under authority granted to the 
     Department September 6, 1995, by the Division of Purchasing, and 
     approved by the Information Technology Resource Procurement Advisory 
     Council December 4,1995.
