     RECOMMENDATION: Approve the October 24, 1995 and
                     November 7, 1995 minutes

II.  Final agency action on an Administrative hearing in the case
of TREGONING INDUSTRIES of the granting of application for
certification as a Minority Business Enterprise.

     RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Executive Administrator to
enter the Final Order adopting the Recommendation of the hearing
officer to granting petitioner Minority Business Enterprise
status.

III.*     Final agency action on an Administrative hearing in the
case of TEST LAB, INC. of the granting of application for
certification as a Minority Business Enterprise.
