Transfers distance learning funds to enable Tallahassee Community College, within the Division of Community Colleges, to act as the fiscal agent for funding associated with the distance learning administration and programs as approved by the Board of Directors of the Florida Distance Learning Network.
3. JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION COMMISSION. Request authorization to establish 1.0 position in excess of the number fixed by the Legislature in accordance with 216.262(1)(a), Florida Statutes.
