Establishes one position in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Program Planning. The 1996-97 General Appropriations Act authorized the transfer of funds up to one half of one percent of the total funds provided from contracted services to establish positions for administrative support and contract management. This will allow the Department of Management Services to establish a Leased Employee Program for twenty positions as authorized by Section 288.901(2), F.S. These positions will be administratively located in the Department of Management Services, but will work under the direct supervision of Enterprise Florida, Ind. In addition, two positions from the state photography unit in the Department of Commerce are transferred to the Department of Management Services to allow continued photographic services within state government, per Section 216.292(10),F.S.
