AGENDA

 
  1. Approval of the Minutes for the May 25 and June 8, 1999, Cabinet meetings.
  2. Request approval to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit bids for new Motor Vehicle Inspection Program (MVIP) central emissions inspection station contracts to begin when the current contracts expire, no later than June 30, 2000, pursuant to Section 325.2135, Florida Statutes, (1998 supplement), as amended by Section 50 of Senate Bill 1270, 1999 Legislature (Enrolled), effective upon becoming law.

This item was on the May 25, 1999, Cabinet Agenda and deferred to the June 8, 1999, Cabinet meeting. The item was withdrawn pending meetings with the Department of Environmental Protection.
