5. Rule 6C-7.001, Tuition, Fee Schedule and Percentage of Cost.

This rule establishes the tuition increases adopted by the 2001 Legislature.

This rule is amended to delete subsection (9) which authorized the university presidents to collect fees to finance chartered non-profit public interest research organizations due to a lack of statutory authority.
