FOR APPROVAL 3. Adoption of amendments to
Rule Chapter 4-149, F.A.C., Small Employer Health Care Access. Amendments: 1) provide rating
standards to be used in the small employer group market; 2) relocate existing definitions
to a definition section of the rule; 3) adopt updated form DI4-1507 to be
used in making filings to the Office; and 4) allow exclusion of claims
covered by workers' compensation and permits a rating factor based on the
presence of workers' compensation coverage. (ATTACHMENT 3)
FOR APPROVAL 4. Adoption of amendments to
Rules 4-149.003 and .021; 4-156.011; 4-191.051; and 4-203.042, all
implementing mandatory electronic filing of insurance rates and
forms. (ATTACHMENT 4)
FOR APPROVAL 5. Adoption of amendments to
Rule Chapter 4-170, Property and Casualty Insurance Rating. The rules are substantially
rewritten to improve readability and conform to current agency
practice. The main
substantive change is to require electronic filing of rate filings on July
1, 2003. (ATTACHMENT 5)
FOR APPROVAL 6. Adoption of amendments to
Rule 4-175.003, Motor Vehicle Insurance Ratemaking and Rate Filing
Procedures. This rule is
revised to delete obsolete references and to reflect requirement of
electronic filing of rate filings on July 1, 2003. (ATTACHMENT 6)
